UPS Changes being made

At UPS there are a lot of good things going on, such as the production and overall ability to be the best in the world when it comes to shipping. But at UPS its more than just being the best in the world, it’s about caring about your customer’s packages and product, along with the caring of the work of the people. At UPS we don’t only look at the production value, but we look at the customer feedback, when we look at this we make sure that we are doing an overall good job when it comes to servicing our customers. Despite the fare increases that are being made at UPS, we still have a goal of making sure that our customers are happy, when it comes to air package handling, that is the most expensive, but when it comes to ground package handling, something that is very cheap me still want to add the same overall package handling to those packages.

No matter the package price, we at UPS want to make sure that we handle each package with the same amount of respect and care that we do with the most expensive. We at UPS have to raise the prices of our services because of the overall impact that the economy is making not only on our company at UPS, but the people of the community and our competitors.  UPS has a goal to make sure that we are the best and that we are the ones that people want to use when it comes to shipping, we want to be known as the company that people will look to when they have something very important to ship, and they want it there with a quick and fast delivery. UPS has to raise their prices on the air and ground delivery to keep up with the competitors and economy because they will be greatly affected if they don’t, but with this we pledge to become the most dependable and the most reliable shipping company in the world.

UPS strives to become the best when it comes to shipping, despite the fact that our competitors such as FedEx don’t use union workers, and thus are much cheaper prices. UPS needs the help of the United States judicial system to help them fight against FedEx and make them become a union so that our competition fair against one another. Despite the fact that UPS has to pay fees such as union dues and other prices, we still are the go to company when it comes to shipping and receiving. But we at UPS want to become even better and become the one and only company when it comes to shipping, because our competitors have an unfair advantage over us when it comes to prices and shipping. Hopefully by the help of the U.S judicial system we can become that company that is looked at as the one and only company in the shipping world
